W30 - day one.

Am really enjoying this way of eating. It's quite easy to follow, and after only one day, the biggest thing I'm noticing is just how little I'm eating now to feel full, and I'm feeling full for hours, instead of looking for something an hour later.

I'm missing my white tea with sugar, though.

Breakfast was 2 eggs, mushies, onion, kale and tomato.

Lunch was a garden salad, my avo smash and a boiled egg.

I had afternoon shift at work, so planned ahead and only took my licence, no money or wallet, so I wouldn't be tempted to buy shit. I had the same that I had for lunch.

I've done my weight and measurements. This program wants you to not step on the scales for 30 days, but I'm going to do it weekly, otherwise I'll fall off the wagon.
